Message From Founder

If you are looking for science based holistic approaches to mental, physical and emotional health, then look no further.

Health and Wellness Online was founded by Dr. Poppendieck (Dr. P for short) after more than 15 years of teaching college courses on holistic approaches to health professionals. She recognized the growing desire from everyday people to know how to tackle the hard questions and concerns about health, specifically from a science based holistic point of view.

In addition to offering continuing education courses for professionals, Dr. P has adapted the courses to fit the needs of everyday people, now available in PDF format.
